The following are our terms of service. By placing an order with us you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1 Payment
All prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required prior to delivery date.
2 Postponements and/or cancellations
You may postpone your delivery the day before the scheduled delivery date without charge. Should you wish to
cancel your delivery you may do so, however a $50.00 administration fee will be charged in respect of those
cancellations made before 3pm on the day prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after 3pm on
the day prior to the scheduled delivery date will be charged in full.

021 703 323.
3 Delivery
We are sorry that we are not able to give exact delivery times. Where an approximate time has been given, this is
an estimate only. You agree to accept the delivery provided that it is made within the day it was scheduled for.
Water HQ will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delayed delivery.
4 Access
The customer shall ensure that Water HQ has clear access to the water tank. If there are any issues with access please inform us in advance. Please inform Water HQ if there is any septic system located in the area where the truck is expected to operate as Water HQ will not be liable for damages to septic systems. Trees: Please ensure that tress are trimmed to allow access for our trucks. We require a minimum of 3m x 3m clear area along the driveway to be able to complete the delivery efficiently. Alternatively if this is not possible we can pump from the road provided the tank is within 50m of a safe parking location, however an additional charge may apply.
5 Quality
Water HQ is a registered drinking-water supplier subject to the Ministry of Health drinking-water supply act. Our water is sourced from Watercare tanker filling facilities which complies with the current Drinking-water Standards of New Zealand.
6 Privacy
Any information provided by you will not be used for any purpose other than to manage your booking. We will not share your personal information with any other party without your express permission.
7 Amendments
Water HQ reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion at any time. Any change will be updated in this document. These changes will apply as from the date such terms have been amended.
